A member asked:

If my husband and i have an rh factor issue (he has a+ blood and mine is o neg), can we still have a baby?

Yes: If you are 46 years old, your age may be an issue. Rh factor disparity between you and your husband will not get in the way of your getting pregnant. It would be prudent to consult your OB even before you try to get pregnant so that you are on proper antenatal care.
