I've read that pimples and blackheads form from a hair folicle. what happens if i pluck the hair out?

Wrong: ...& nothing usually although it's possible for a tiny infection called folliculitis to result. Usually the hair will grow back except eyebrows and eyelashes have a funny way of not doing so sometimes.
