Let me explain: If you have pinched nerve in the elbow, it hearts when move it , no other symptoms like numbness or weakness in the hand. I believe you try to treat that with medication and may be(if needed) steroid injection.

Observation: A pinched nerve specifically in the elbow is usually an ulnar neuropathy. This refers to the build up of scar right around the nerve as it passes through the elbow. This is exacerbated by constant repetitive movements. The best treatment initially is avoiding these movements so the inflammation and scar can decrease. Also avoiding pressure directly on that area. If no improvement, further tests.
