Depends on which vac: If you have had Pnumococcal PSV23 already then you need A dose of new Pneumococcal vaccine PCV 13 Discuss with your doctor If you are high risk with any immune problem tha you may need a second PSV23 Vaccine as well if 5 years have passed since last dose
