How can i lose weight with multiple broken bones?

Wait for recovery: It is very difficult to lose weight when trying to recover from broken bones. Broken bones (fractures) require proper nutrition for healing. In addition, broken bones often limit mobility and the ability to exercise. In general, I advise my patients to maintain proper nutrition until their bones are healed which will allow them to return to exercise and dieting as necessary.
