Doctor says i have a large pituitary gland. is that bad?

Pituitary: It is hard to answer this with limited information. Pituitary normally enlarges during puberty, pregnancy, hypothyroidism. What is meant by "large"? Tumor? Is this some incidental statement on a CT report that was done for some other reason? Suggest discussing with an Endocrinologist.
