Can you overdose on pyrazinamide?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Too much medicine: Yes, it's possible to take too much of any 'drug', including PZA or pyrazinamide. Hopefully not 'too much' was taken - but if it was, you need to get to an ER right away and let them know. They can contact Poison Control, and the right monitoring and protocols can be put in place to help you. I would worry a little bit about your liver, until I knew more about your case. Hope you can get help ASAP
