Emergency room: All nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs can cause GI bleed, kidney failure, heart attacks and more. Go to the er and they will help you decrease absorption and deal with your underlying issues to include suicide.

Catalflam: I would think most concerning in overdose would be renal failure. If ever should occur, straight to er.
