A /W Dr. Zimmerman: Am unable to check Valdoxan (agomelatine). Per the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker using Seroquel (quetiapine) & Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) together may ^ potential fo r dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, & problems with concentration. However, they can be used together.
