Can i take midol while on pristiq (desvenlafaxine)?

Pristiq + Midol: There are many different Midol products - don't know which one you are referring to. I did a drug interaction check on traditional Midol which contains aspirin & caffeine. There is a possibilty that use of desvenlafaxine with aspirin can ^ bleeding risk (more likely if you have health issues). Check the drugs.com drug interaction checker with the Midol formulation that you are taking.
