It's cut with methylone, piperazine, methamphetamine, you name it. Mixing MDMA & "whatev" with methylphenidate can dangerously increase your blood pressure & heart rate,leading to heart attack & stroke. Mixing alcohol with MPH is also dangerous.

Molly/Concerta: In & of itself, Ecstasy is toxic, mixing it with a stimulant adds to effects on cardiovascular system & causing euphoria & delirium. Be careful.
