Only generally: Concerta is a form of methylphenidate, a stimulant used to treat adhd. If you have adhd, you should have symptom improvement, with increased focus and attention, decreased restlessness, and decreased impulsivity--if those are your problems. Side effects can include decreased appetite and trouble getting to sleep among other things (see pt insert). Should know quickly if helping.

Major side effects: The major side effects of Concerta (and most stimlants) for adults are decreased appetite, interference with sleep, dry mouth, potential irritability, headaches and possible increased heart rate and blood pressure.
