Manic: Supposedly, it proves the point that manic shows in the behavior (barely sleeping) and is not felt as a problem ("I don't feel manic"). So, it may be normal for a bipolar person to experience what you do. Have you told your therapist? Have one if you don't. GPs are not as trained in these matters. Therapy optimizes medications in ALL research done. Best!
