Diabetes, yes: Hi. A fasting serum glucose and a serum glucose 2-hours after a standard 75 gram glucose challenge are adequate to rule out, rule in, or define the gray zone in between, diabetes. Real pathological hypoglycemia is vanishingly rare in people not taking insulin. Don't even be thinking pathological hypoglycemia. Good luck!
