Safe stuff: It's an antibiotic so you're not going to use it as your sole therapy. Topical benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid and/or salicylic acid needs to be used in conjunction with this stuff. If your disease is relatively mild, you'll probably get a good result. Best wishes.
