Acne: Usually this is acne; less often, a heat rash or other illness. Don't try to figure out what is causing acne -- it's unrelated to lifestyle, diet, sex, or hygiene. Simply treat it. When it' s on the trunk, usually a systemic antibiotic will be required at least briefly in addition to topical Rx.
