None: No symptoms by definition. Smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) is asymptomatic. If it is "symptomatic" then it is (symptomatic) multiple myeloma (MM). A new International Myeloma Working Group definition of SMM and MM was just published...http://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanonc/article/PIIS1470-2045(14)70442-5/abstract Ultra high risk SMM is now called MM. The trial E3A06 looks at SMM.
