What are the common symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer?

#1 is neck mass.: The most common presenting symptom of nasopharyngeal cancer is painless enlargement of lymph node(s) in the neck. This is followed by nasal symptoms such as discharge, bleeding, blocked nose. Next common would be ear symptoms such as hearing loss and ringing in the ears. Other symptoms include headache, vision problems, facial numbness, weight loss, jaw joint problems, and slurred speech.
