Many options: but your prescribing physician and/or pharmacist can assist you better, since they would know your other medical problems and medications. Propoxyphene was taken off the US market because of a combination of virtually no evidence that it actually worked, and increasing evidence that it caused cardiac problems. IBS can be treated with bentyl (dicyclomine) but opiates are not generally recommended.
