Discharge and others: Most infected people notice nothing at all. If there are symptoms in women, most common are increased vaginal discharge, burning with urination (usually mild), spotting between periods, bleeding after sex. In severe cases, low abdominal pain, sometimes fever. In men, cloudy discharge from the penis, mild discomfort with urination. With severe cases, possible painful enlargement of a testicle.
