What are some non-diabetic forms of neoropathy?

Neuropathy: There are many conditions associated with neuropathy but uncontrolled diabetes is one of the most common causes. If you have diabetes have your doctor help you get in under control. At the same time, if you have neuropathy you should be referred to a neurologist. Let me know what happens please.

Pathologic vs benign: Some neuropathies are associated with surgical or traumatic events (cutting of nerves) which can result in sharp, burning neuropathic pain conditions. There are multiple medical conditions other than Diabetes which can cause neuropathies, such as the demyelinating disorders, MS. In addition, certain infectious diseases can initially present as neuropathy, but become rapidly progressive:G-B Syn.
