Normal variation: Assuming she is an infant, the front teeth can appear/erupt in any order. Nothing controls this...it is predetermined. You do not need any dental help.

Not OK: Lower teeth are supposed to erupt before upper, not the other way around. General Dentists have only modest training in dento-facial growth an development. It's your child's face. See a growth specialist, a Pediatric Dentist before age 7, an Orthodontist after age 7. When there is one eruption anomaly there are often multiple eruption anomalies. See a specialist.
