OK to squeeze: All the books say never squeeze. But everybody squeezes their zits. Simply pressing out the sebum and pus leads to faster, better healing. It does not cause infections or scars. Dermatologists routinely clean out comedones. "Facials" involve meticulous pinching out of comedones. Clean off the mirror after.
