Part of growing up: You can't go through normal puberty without some acne, and some people have it much worse than others. Nowadays, your physician has a variety of choices that will suit you; antibiotics are usually sufficient for all but the worst cases, and a woman may be cleared if she can take and wants the oral contraceptive pill.
