Normal: It is normal to have a strong sex drive at your age. You make sperm daily and will eventually need release so masterbation is a normal common way. It is your hormones that cause pimples, not masterbation . Just keep your face clean and use a non- comedogenic ( oil free like neutrogena acne) moisturizer.
