Methimazole: Methimazole can reduce your thyroid levels if they were elevated. However, after awhile you may have worked your thyroid levels to below normal. I hope your PC is checking your thyroid status regularly - 3-4 months.

Perhaps: Fatigue and a long list of unpleasant side effects are possible - you need to discuss your responses with the doctor caring for your condition. It might be possible to find alternative treatments but they need info from you to get the best balance. Call ASAP to find a solution. Best!
