Possible causes: I agree a rectal exam with your doctor will be necessary to properly diagnose and treat the cause of your itching.Causes of this can be eczema, yeast infections,hemorrhoids,improper cleansing of the area after bowel movements,a bacterial infection, sexually transmitted diseases,and yes, possibly irritation secondary to anal sex.See your doctor, best of luck!
