Tendinitis : likely inflammation of the tissue which connects the muscles to bone. You might have pulled it with your initial sneeze or cough. Other likely possibility is inflammation of the coverings of ur lungs. If you are not feeling really sick, could wait. Can take naproxen few days. Should take care of it. And hope you are not taking any birth control pills. If so should go get checked up for blood clots
