Dry Skin Possibly: It could be that you are experiencing dry skin. Using a moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower (while your skin is still damp) will lock in the moisture and prevent your skin from drying out. Try choosing a moisturizer that does not contain any alcohol as this can be drying as well.

Avoid very hot showers as they strip the body of its natural oils & dry the skin. Moisturizing body washes can also help alleviate the symptoms. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
