Tinea, psoriasis: It could be psoriasis or a condition call ED tinea versicolor. There a number of other possibilities and it needs to be seen by a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Psoriasis?: White and silvery patches especially on the elbows and knees is likely psoriasis. See your primary provider for treatment options.
