How do you know?: You sure its a sinus headache? Many causes for headaches. If you do have chronic sinus congestion may need antibiotics or prescription nasal steroid or CT scan of sinuses

Allergic rhinitis: Sometimes some antihistamines work better for some people than others. Trial and error OTC meds, unfortunately still. Try leaning your head over the side of your bed while lying on your back and using sterile saline drops/spray in one nostril at a time with rotaing your head in all directions to let entry into all sinuses. If necessary, a corticosteroid spray or chromolyn nasal spray can help.
