Check with: his pediatritian, but I don't think he's a candidate for GH with the current criteria.He still has lots of potential growth left. Look at his genetics and their adult heights.

A further question: Why was the testing even done? Growth spurts often occur after age 14 and 5'3" doesn't seem all that unusual at his age. His Vit D is a little low for most labs so I would perhaps supplement that. I'd be surprised if he meets any bonified criteria for treatment with growth hormone.
