Had no effects on QT: Flecanide does not affect the QT interval, but does affect the PR and QRS intervals I believe your concern is QRS prolongation on Flecanide One test I recommend is exercise stress test on flecainde ( the final dose your doctor recommends) your doctor should check QRS interval a the maximum heart rate on the treadmill and if QRS prolonged then I would recommend a lower dose or switch your meds
