Therapy & meds.: Despair suggests intense discomfort. A combination of therapy and meds may be needed. Ur family doctor or psychiatrist can manage u mediation-wise. Also have them (or a friend) recommend a good therapist. Psychotherapy is a wonderful process to address such feelings, explore what they're about as well as explore ways to cope and address underlying issues! get in therapy; you'll be glad you did..
