Eyelid dermatitis: Without examining, contact dermatitis is likely cause if only external eyelid involved. It may be something you are touching and rubbing your face. Other causes of irritation would need to be ruled out including infection, allergic conjunctivitis or other causes. Recommend seeing physician.
