Time.: Prohormones are anabolic steroids, which can cause breast growth in men. If you stop them, it may take 4-6 months for your nipples to return to normal. At age 19, it may take longer. Don't take any other meds to try to reverse it; they won't work. This includes SERMS (selective estrogen response modifiers). Avoid alcohol. And please don't take hormones again; the risks aren't worth it.
