Either: Both are trained to take care of diseases of breast , if you know your see your gyn doctor , after examination and needed tests will evaluate and treat , if necessary will refer you to a general surgeon ( also for hpv virus , possible vaccination ).

Start somewhere: The general surgeons are the ultimate experts for breast problems, but either specialty physician mentioned is going to be able to help you. Not all breast problems require a surgical treatment. Your described symptoms deserve to be investigated thoroughly.
