Safe meds: Plain nasal saline irrigations are typically very safe. While no medications have been shown to be 100% safe in pregnancy, there are different safety categories of medications. This is also true of seasonal allergies. Category B medications are thought to be safer. Your OB-GYN or allergist should be able to provide a list depending on your symptoms.
