Depends: Severe eye pain has many causes and many implications. Some are minor and some can be life/vision threatening. Considering you also have other symptoms, ,ore information a complete history and physical is recommended preferably at an emergency room

See eye doctor: You need to see your doctor ASAP . Consider an ophthalmology consult as well on your left eye to make sure that it is not from glaucoma.
