Unlikely: Your menstrual cycles are fairly regular, but can vary by up to a week occasionally, mostly when you are very young or perimenopausal. Your age would suggest you are neither of these. I think this is spotting, and if it's light and goes away, this perfectly normal. If you are concerned, see an OB for an exam and more specific answers

First...: First,get pregnancy test done. Second, sometimes women may skip ovulation and present with skipped period or abnormal bleeding. If persistent symptoms other possibilities could be infection, hormonal imbalances, ovarian cysts, among others. Follow up with GYN if symptoms persist.
