Gyn evaluation: Since you are having multiple gyn complaints - cramping, painful periods, irregular bleeding, vaginal discharge and weight gain the best thing to do is to schedule a Gyn visit for a complete exam and evaluation. A sonogram may be done. Options for cycle control and pelvic pain reduction can be discussed.
