Brown discharge and light bleeding mid cycle for 10 days. Headaches, dizzy and bad cramps. Followed by late period.Negative test.Have endo. Pregnant?

If you actually had: Your period (even if it was late) then you are not pregnant. If you aren't certain then take a home pregnancy test. If you continue to have irregularity, eval by your endocrinologist would be prudent.
