IBS: It sounds like it could possibly be diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome. See a gastroenterologist if this continues.

Doubtful related: Hard to say. Sometimes other things like a kidney stone, infection or abdominal infection can cause symptoms but uncommon for gall bladder removal to go down the left pelvis. Please see your doctor for more answers.
