Doubtful: A high TSH can result in a High , Low or Normal Thyroid hormone (T3,T4) Without further information it would be hard to say. Persistent, nausea, abdominal pain and low back pain is best addressed in person as there are minor, and major causes that can cause you these symptoms. Please see your doctor when you can.

Go to doctor now: Please do not delay further. Listen to your body. Time to get checked out. Could be wide range of issues - pregnancy, reflux, appendix, gallbladder, pancreas, intestinal problems. I would suggest ER if you cannot be seen by your primary doctor today.
