A member asked:

What're the effects of long term zofran (ondansetron) use for treating chronic nausea caused by anxiety? been taking abt 3, 4mg pills per week for 1.5 years already

For one thing...: It doesn't treat the anxiety, just covers one of the symptoms. Consider cutting the problem off at the source: get some good therapy for the anxiety. Then you won't need the zofran (ondansetron).

Hi. I'm not aware of: significant problems reducing and then eliminating Zofran (ondansetron) from your regemen. I would suggest to have an alternative plan to treat the nausea, when it comes. Start tapering by reducing your daily dose in half. Let us know how it goes. Shabbat Shalom.
