Overnight ox: I would ask you doctor to have an overnight oximetry preformed. you may be having a low oxygen level at night or there may be signs of untreated sleep apnea that need to be looked at

Morning HA: Morning HA are not a typical feature of COPD but could be related through a variety of mechanisms although unlikely. AM HA's have a variety of causes which you may want to discuss with your provider.

Breathing is vital!: Non-optimal breathing has impacts on our entire body. Being deprived of adequate oxygen damages cells throughout and function are all impaired. It seems quite plausible that your inability to breathe well over the long hours in the night play a role. Consult a sleep specialist - there are treatments to improve sleep breathing that might help relieve those headaches. Best!
