Overnight ox: I would ask you doctor to have an overnight oximetry preformed. you may be having a low oxygen level at night or there may be signs of untreated sleep apnea that need to be looked at

Breathing is vital!: Non-optimal breathing has impacts on our entire body. Being deprived of adequate oxygen damages cells throughout and function are all impaired. It seems quite plausible that your inability to breathe well over the long hours in the night play a role.
