High white count: It could mean infection, inflammation, or leukamoid reaction to stress. Need a differential with the WBC and history and physical, too. I have seen more than one case of inaccurate lab results. Best to see your physician and repeat it, if necessary. It is high, but non-specific for any one illness without more information.
