Yes & very high: Pre cum contains live sperm which can get you just as pregnant as ejaculation around the vagina. Please consider effective contraception if you are engaging in sexual behavior of any kind- it's the mature thing to do.

Yes: whether you would get pregnant or not depends on how far the sperm can reach, how fertile the partner is, and other factors. Condom is still your best bet.
