Pelvic pain: deep male penetration can cause some slight bleeding esp if you are currently pregnant---- but it should not cause any significant abdominal pain----this could be the sign of a pelvic infection and should be evaluated by your GYN doctor/or private doctor. especially if you continue to have pain and discharge
