Pregnancy?: You said you had your period, but if you have any chance of possible pregnancy then you may wish to check a home test. Sometimes pregnancy can still be the issue even with vaginal bleeding. Another possibility is infection. If you are sexually active, infection needs to be excluded also. Lastly some disorders like endometriosis are possibly causing your symptoms. See your gyn for an evaluation.
